Veridion Install School

Questions worth asking

The room gets clearer when the questions do.

Who are the courses for?

They are designed for homeowners, property teams, retail service staff, and developing technicians who want a structured understanding of the installation workflow.

Do courses replace a manufacturer manual?

No. The appliance manual remains the model-specific authority. Our courses teach a process for finding and applying installation-critical information.

Do you teach electrical or plumbing trades?

We teach visual awareness, planning, and escalation boundaries. We do not replace licensed electrical or plumbing work, local rules, or qualified professional advice.

Can I learn at my own pace?

Yes. Video lessons, micro-courses, worksheets, and scenario workshops are designed for review before or after a practical session.

What does Track course do?

It saves the course ID in your browser's local storage so it appears on the Fallows page. It does not create a server account.

How does the cart work?

The cart stores course IDs and quantities locally, calculates a browser-side total, and shows a confirmation modal instead of processing a real payment.

Can I ask about accessibility?

Yes. Use the contact form and describe the format or navigation support you need so our team can review a practical option.

How do I choose my first course?

Start with Site Readiness Before Delivery or The Complete Installation Checklist, then move toward connections and testing as your context requires.
